ITINERARY
Morning/Pick-up: You will be picked up from Entebbe/ Kampala for your first day of the 3 Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour. The drive time from Entebbe/Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park located in Southwestern Uganda is between 8-9 hours. Although it may seem quite a long drive, it is worth it because you get to enjoy the countryside scenery with some of the
Afternoon/Travel: You will have a stop in Kayabwe at the equator for experiments and photography and later proceed to Mbarara for lunch. After lunch, you will embark on your scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will see most beautiful landscapes ranging from plantations, hills, all the way to the Virunga massive. Just keep your cameras near you and your driver will definately stop if you need him to, so that you can capture that beautiful moment.
Evening/Accommodation: You will arrive at the booked lodge in the evening, have dinner and overnight

Morning/Briefing: After your early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to the Park Headquarters for briefing and joining others for briefing before heading into the forest for your gorilla trek. This trek can last for between 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on the location of mountain gorilla family on that particular day.
Trek and observation: Once you find the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them while observing their behaviour, taking photographs before you return to the Park Headquarters for your certificate that confirms that you have tracked gorillas in Uganda.
Evening: you will return to the hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Morning/Transfer: After your breakfast, you will be driven back to Kampala or Entebbe for your post-tour accommodation or you may choose to fly out of Uganda on the last day of your tour. You will have a beautiful view of the Kigezi rolling hills as well as terraced gardens of the Bakiga People of Southwestern Uganda.
Afternoon/Lunch: Depending on your itinerary, your journey will be spend on Scenic drives Since you will use the same route back, you will have another stop at the Equator crossing for photo moments, buying souvenirs or to just relax before continuing to Kampala/Entebbe.
Evening: Evening will find you in Kampala/Entebbe, If your to fly out on that day, we advise you to book a flight that departs at night so that you do not rush on your return journey back to Entebbe
