ITINERARY
You will meet your guide at the Hotel/Airport in Kigali and start the 8 Day Uganda Safari through Kigali with a drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National park. You will stop at the Genocide memorial and later for lunch before proceeding to bwindi. The drive is very scenic and you will have more stops for photography and viewing.

Meals: Full board
After an early breakfast, you will drive to the park headquarters for briefing about the gorilla trek. You will then be allocated a gorilla family with other visitors to make a group of 8 people the maximum number for viewing a gorilla family per day. You will then start the trek in the forest until you find the Gorillas and you will be allowed to view and take photographs for one hour and after you return to receive your certificates and head to the lodge for relaxation.
After breakfast you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National park for an evening game drive in search of late grazers before heading to the lodge for check in. you will be able to view wildlife like Buffalos, Elephants, Kobs, and others but nature dictates.

Early morning you will start you game drive in Kasenyi and you will have chances of viewing buffalos, Elephants, Kobs, birds, among others. You will later return to the lodge for lunch and then drive to the Jetty to start you cruise on Kazinga channel. You will be able to spot aquatic animals and other wildlife
After breakfast you will bid farewell to the lodge and have a short game drive as you leave the park and you drive to Kibale National park. You will stop for lunch in Fort portal and later proceed to the lodge.

After breakfast you will drive to the park headquarters for briefing before you start your chimpanzee trek. You guide will brief you the do’s and don’ts about the trek and after you start you trek. You will have chances of viewing other primates like monkeys, baboons, birds, Reptiles. You will be allowed to view and take photography for one hour and after you return.

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Bunyonyi in the south of Uganda for relaxation. You can opt to have community visits and nature walks around the lake as it is very experiential.

In the morning you will have a boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi up to the punishment island and you will be able to visit communities that stay on Islands. You will later return to the lodge and bid farewell and you return back to Kigali for drop off at the Hotel/Kigali international Airport to end your 8 day Uganda safari through Kigali.
